Un Human Rights Council Members 2025. The un general assembly elected a dozen new countries on thursday to serve on the human rights council, while germany and sudan secured second terms. On 10 october 2023, the 78th un general assembly held elections for 15 new council members that will serve for a period of three years, starting in january 2024.
